About the Role

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving various strategic initiatives in a Global Delivery. This role involves managing associated risks and dependencies, ensuring timely implementation of projects, and working closely with leadership. The position serves as a key partner to the leaders sector and stakeholders, providing strategic support and managing all aspects of program execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management: Independently manage and drive multiple initiatives and workstreams, ensuring alignment with global delivery objectives.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze, monitor, and report business performance; derive insights and provide proactive recommendations to leadership.
• Strategic Support: Assist in setting global strategy by evaluating new initiatives, identifying competitive levers, and designing efficient operating models.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with leaders across different Business Lines to gather inputs for strategy development and secure support for execution.
• Change Navigation: Adapt to evolving priorities and initiatives in line with the global delivery and Group requirements.
• Influence & Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in program management, influencing stakeholders and ensuring best practices.
• Transformation Accountability: Drive successful implementation of global delivery transformation projects.
• Executive Interface: Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison to executive management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum 6+ years in program management and change management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Expertise in stakeholder and change management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Ability to work under ambiguity and pressure with maturity.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office; PMI certification preferred.
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of management, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
