A leading e-commerce company in Mexico City is seeking a Program Manager. In this role, you will work with business teams to define and solve customer-related problems and uncover new opportunities through analysis. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and at least 2 years of inside sales experience. This position emphasizes relationship building and influencing at all levels, particularly with executives.

Formación

Key job responsibilities

As a Program Manager, you will collaborate and partner with business teams to define and solve problems that impact customers, as well as identify predictors and causes of business-related problems to implement novel approaches related to forecasting and prediction. You will identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations.

You will build relationships, identify stakeholders, and influence other teams across organizations and external teams while defining analytical approaches to uncover new insights and formulate recommendations that improve processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience
  • Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
