A global food production company is seeking a Plant Performance Manager in Guanajuato, Mexico. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement in production lines, implementing digitalization projects, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, and solid knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Fluent English skills are essential, along with strong analytical and communication abilities.

As Plant Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving production lines performance improvement through the management and promotion of Continuous Improvement (C.I.) and Digitalization initiatives. You will work closely with plant stakeholders to identify efficiency gaps, structure improvement projects and ensure the implementation of best practices, contributing to operational excellence and sustainable performance across the site.
