A leading customer service provider in Tijuana is seeking a Representative CS to connect potential customers with the sales team. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and involves managing outbound leads. This is an on-site position. Only candidates residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate will be considered. We do not cover relocation expenses. A minimum B2 level of English is required for this position. WhatsApp will be the only method for follow-up on this application.
Representative CS - Confie Tijuana
This position is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and connecting potential customers with our internal sales team. Using internal systems, the Outbound Lead Representative ensures that each lead is properly vetted, documented, and connected to a licensed sales agent for sales opportunities. To be considered for this role, candidates must be available Monday through Friday from 9:15 AM to 6:00 PM. Additionally, after the first 30 days, availability will extend to include Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
