• Candidates must be available Monday through Friday from 9:15 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Availability will extend to include Saturdays after the first 30 days.

Important

This is an on-site position. Only candidates residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate will be considered. We do not cover relocation expenses. A minimum B2 level of English is required for this position. WhatsApp will be the only method for follow-up on this application.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and connecting potential customers with our internal sales team. Using internal systems, the Outbound Lead Representative ensures that each lead is properly vetted, documented, and connected to a licensed sales agent for sales opportunities. To be considered for this role, candidates must be available Monday through Friday from 9:15 AM to 6:00 PM. Additionally, after the first 30 days, availability will extend to include Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
• Previous experience in Sales and/or a call center environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
