Overview
The Operations E-commerce Coordinator, LATAM, will be responsible for managing and optimizing the transportation and logistics operations for our ecommerce business in Latin America. This role will ensure efficient and cost‑effective transportation solutions, aligned with industry best practices, to enhance customer satisfaction and support the growth of our ecommerce operations.
Responsibilities
- Continual, tactical communication with external customers (Carriers, Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, IT, Finance, Distribution Centers) to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written, will be required to create a narrative outline of weekly/monthly findings and KPI reports.
- Ability to pull data from numerous databases and develop performance metrics (using Excel and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to be shared and reviewed within the LATAM Team.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on Carrier related KPI metrics, analyze, identify outliers and engage with carriers to identify the cause. Communicate trends, problems and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Should be flexible to adapt to support an operating environment.
- Developing and/or referring to performance metrics to drive e-commerce performance and business results.
- Identifying the business impact of trends and making data‑based decisions.
- Escalating problems or variances in the information and data to the relevant owners and following through on resolutions.
- Owning process/business level reports/actions and diving compliance.
- Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks).
- Implement/deploy data visualization or communication tools (e.g., metrics dashboards, decks, flashes).
