Responsibilities
  • Assist medical professionals with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing and insurance matters
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate and empathetic responses
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
  • Prepare and update medical documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Manage electronic health records (EHR) and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Collaborate with medical staff to organize virtual medical consultations
  • Perform basic medical research and assist in creating medical content
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Medical Assistant, Medical Secretary, or similar role
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical procedures
