Our client is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. This role is responsible for building scalable marketing programs, aligning messaging across channels, and translating business objectives into high-impact go-to-market initiatives. The Director of Marketing will partner closely with Executive Leadership, Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to position the company for sustained growth and market leadership.
The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on marketing leader with experience scaling marketing functions in high-growth environments. They bring a strong blend of brand, demand, and data-driven performance marketing expertise, and are comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the company’s marketing strategy to support overall business, growth, and revenue objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs across demand generation, brand, content, lifecycle, and product marketing.
- Partner with executive leadership to align marketing priorities with company strategy, revenue targets, and go-to-market plans.
- Drive demand generation efforts across inbound and outbound channels, including digital, content, events, partnerships, and campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Revenue teams to optimize funnel performance, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
- Establish and manage marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure performance, ROI, and attribution.
- Oversee positioning, messaging, and narrative development to ensure consistent and compelling brand presence.
- Lead product marketing initiatives, including launches, value propositions, competitive positioning, and enablement materials.
- Manage marketing budgets, tools, agencies, and vendors to maximize efficiency and impact.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills
- Proven experience building and scaling marketing functions in high-growth organizations.
- Deep understanding of demand generation, brand strategy, and go-to-market execution.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, attribution models, and performance dashboards.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales to drive pipeline, conversion, and revenue outcomes.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop and inspire teams.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with executive-level presentation capability.
- High degree of ownership, adaptability, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth, or Go-to-Market leadership roles.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or product-led organizations.
- Prior experience leading integrated marketing teams across demand, brand, and product marketing.
- Exposure to scaling go-to-market motions, new market entry, or category creation.
- Experience managing distributed or remote marketing teams.
