A leading industrial maintenance company in Mexicali is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee CNC machinery operations. You will manage preventative maintenance, supervise a team, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, particularly with CNC machines, and possesses strong leadership skills. This role requires technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in industrial maintenance, focusing on CNC machinery, with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and operations.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise maintenance team activities for CNC machinery.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment issues.

Conocimientos

SUMMARY:

Oversees maintenance operations with emphasis on CNC machinery, supervising technicians and ensuring optimal equipment performance. Responsible for preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting complex CNC issues, and managing spare parts inventory. Requires 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong CNC knowledge, and leadership skills. Must have technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, plus ability to train staff and implement safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate maintenance team activities for CNC machinery and related equipment
2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
3. Troubleshoot and repair complex CNC equipment issues
4. Train and mentor maintenance technicians
5. Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

Technical Skills:

• CNC machine troubleshooting and repair
• PLC programming and maintenance
• Reading technical drawings and schematics
• CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) experience
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards
• KPI's management MTBF, MTTR.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in industrial maintenance specifically focus on CNC machinery, 3+ leading people
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and operations
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Leadership experience supervising maintenance teams (Coordinating trainings, and TPM workload distribution)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
