A global healthcare company is seeking a Training Coordinator II in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. This role involves providing administrative support to the Site Training organization and managing the Learning Management System (LMS). Responsibilities include preparing training metrics, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree, relevant training experience, and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• 2-4 years relevant working experience in training positions is preferred.
• Experience working in an FDA and/or European regulatory environment is preferred.
• Technical Education or Equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Administers and maintains the LMS (Learning Management System)
• Responsible for preparing training metrics and results as required by management.
• Coordinates class arrangements, facilities, and needed resources for training programs.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to read and understand English

Educación

Minimum of an Associate Degree or equivalent
