A leading global manufacturing company is looking for a Human Resources specialist in Reynosa, Tamaulipas. The role involves executing key labor-related processes ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Responsibilities include providing employee support, analyzing labor data, managing workplace conflicts, and maintaining operational HR functions. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields, be fluent in English, and possess experience in high-volume operational environments. This role requires a strong presence on the production floor and the ability to collaborate effectively.

This position is responsible for executing and monitoring key labor-related processes while ensuring full compliance with current labor regulations and internal policies. This role provides guidance to employees, resolves workplace issues, manages disciplinary cases, and maintains an active presence in operational areas. The specialist plays a critical role in fostering a strong organizational culture aligned with the company’s values and supporting daily HR operations with accuracy and professionalism.

Union interaction and basic understanding of collective bargaining agreements

HR systems: Workday / SAP
Advanced Excel
Location: Reynosa, Tamaulipas facility.
Work Model: On site, Thursday to Sunday (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
