A global automotive company is seeking a Junior National Sales Manager to oversee national customer accounts. You will manage customer relationships, ensure operational execution, and coordinate with internal teams to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in sales or account management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in CRM systems. The Junior National Sales Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and operational execution of assigned national customer accounts, ensuring strong service levels, sales performance, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who fully owns the customer relationship, drives internal coordination, resolves issues promptly, and ensures flawless execution of commercial agreements. The Junior National Sales Manager is accountable for delivering assigned sales targets, implementing approved commercial actions, and maintaining a reliable and responsive customer experience.
Operational Execution & Issue Resolution
Lead the execution of customer requirements including order management, service levels, delivery follow-up, product availability, pricing implementation, and problem resolution, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
Sales Performance & Program Execution
Implement approved commercial actions and customer programs to drive sales growth and margin performance within defined strategies and pricing frameworks.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, pricing, product, operations, finance) to ensure timely responses, accurate information, and effective solutions that support the customer.
Forecasting, Reporting & Data Accuracy
Maintain accurate forecasts, track performance, monitor KPIs, and provide clear updates to leadership to support operational planning and decision-making.
Physical Requirement:Capability to lift up to 50lbs.
Working Conditions:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noiselevel is usually moderate.
