The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science and basic knowledge in hardware, software, operating systems, and SQL Server. Responsibilities include providing technical support for various computer equipment and maintaining efficient production times. Formación

• Titled, student, intern and/or Technician or Technologist in computer science.
• Experience in technical support to computer equipment.
• Knowledge in reading and interpreting flowcharts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for hardware like scanners and PCs.
• Manage programming routes in SFDC based on flowcharts.
• Support software including Windows, Linux, and Chrome.

Information Systems Technician 3

Education: Engineer / Graduate in computer science, information technology, computing, systems, etc. (Titled, student, intern and / or Technician or Technologist in computer science)

Knowledge: Basic knowledge in hardware, software, operating systems, database, knowledge in Windows, Office, Linux (preference), reading and interpretation of flowcharts, structured cabling. English 50%.

Experience: Technical support to computer equipment, SQL Server, bases in some programming language

Hardware Support (Scanners, PCs, Zebra Printers, Collectors)

• Programming routes in sfdc based on flowcharts
• Support Software (Windows, Linux, Chrome, JMDS, Cirrus)
• Keep down production times with respect to systems
