Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong Distributor and MRO relationships
  • Conduct on-site visits and recommend tailored solutions
  • Deliver product demos and troubleshoot belt systems
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up on quotes
  • Plan travel efficiently to maximize account coverage
  • Identify growth opportunities and convert competitor accounts
  • Book travel and submit expense reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs
  • Contribute to strategy and annual sales forecasting
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Valid drivers license & clean driving record
  • Self-motivated with strong home-office discipline
  • In the field sales visits - 3 to 4 days a week
  • Overnight Travel (50%)
  • 2 years in sales or application engineering (industrial or MRO preferred)
  • CRM proficiency (desktop & mobile)
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with a consultative approach
  • Reliable vehicle for business travel
Preferred Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 5 years of outside sales in Distribution or MRO
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel Word Teams)
  • Familiarity with industrial maintenance cycles and terminology
  • Bilingual English / Spanish
Work Environment
  • Remote / home office with regular field travel
  • Industrial settings : warehouses offices and manufacturing floors
  • Physical activity : walking standing sitting on-site evaluations
