A global technology company is seeking a People Operations Partner in Mexicali, Mexico to drive operational excellence across its international workforce. This role is perfect for a detailed, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a high-volume, shared-services environment.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the Workday expert, executing high-volume business process transactions and ensuring data integrity.
  • Own core administrative processes including New Hire Onboarding facilitation, orientation, managing personnel records and PX Helpdesk resolution.
  • Drive system audits and make critical data corrections to maintain accuracy.
  • Participate in strategic PX projects to enhance our service delivery model and processes globally.
  • Develop and maintain new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency.

What Skills & Experience You Should Have

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree PLUS 2+ years of relevant work experience, including mandatory Workday or HRIS expertise.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and project coordination skills with an obsessive attention to detail and accuracy.
