A global information management company is seeking an HR Portal - Content Specialist to oversee the HR portal's content and assist with its maintenance. This role demands a minimum of 3 years' experience in HR and familiarity with ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and is able to work independently and in teams. Formación

Responsabilidades

  • Maintains and updates HR portal content and manages tools and processes.
  • Updates and creates information for self-service delivery on the HR portal.
  • Works with Regional COE partners and HUBs to curate HR content.
  • Maintains existing employee-facing Knowledge articles.
  • Delivers on assigned HR projects and initiatives.
  • Recommends strategies to promote self-service tools.

Position Overview

This role supports the build-out and day-to-day maintenance of our knowledge bases in ServiceNow HRSD.

Responsibilities
  • Maintains and updates HR portal content and manages the use of tools, standards, and process, including authoring, provisioning, tagging, publishing, auditing, and providing input/feedback on HR portal content organization.
  • Updates, creates any information that supports and encourages self-service delivery on the HR portal.
  • Supports efforts to work with Regional COE partners and HUBs to curate HR content and drive customer engagement with HR user interface.
  • Maintains existing employee-facing Knowledge articles and the creation of new ones to include coordinating sign-off through publishing.
  • Supports and delivers on assigned annual and ad hoc HR projects and initiatives with requirements developed through the collaborative effort of cross‑functional teams and clients.
  • Delivers on recommendations to promote increased self‑service and usage of HR knowledge and communications tools as indicated by operational analysis.
Ideal Candidate
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience working within the ServiceNow product and in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in teams and independently with minimum supervision.
