A health and wellness company is seeking a Head of Growth & Marketing to lead strategic direction and performance outcomes for their marketing ecosystem. This part-time contractor role is responsible for developing a unified marketing strategy across their coaching and eCommerce arms. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of marketing leadership experience and a proven track record in scaling health-related brands. Offering an hourly rate of $100–$125 with growth potential.

Our flagship program, the Eczema Transformation Program, empowers families to reduce or eliminate the need for medications through education, root-cause healing, and expert support. Complementing the program is Serawise, our growing eCommerce brand offering targeted supplements and skincare products designed to address inflammation, gut health, immune balance, and eczema relief.

We are hiring a Head of Growth & Marketing to own the strategic direction, cross-channel planning, and performance outcomes for our marketing ecosystem. You will not be in the weeds executing tasks, but instead architecting our marketing roadmap, aligning the team around priorities, optimizing funnels, and driving measurable growth across both our high-ticket coaching program and eCommerce supplement line.
This is a part-time, strategic contractor role to start (10-20 hours/week), with the potential to grow into a full-time leadership position based on performance and business growth.
