A leading global financial services provider is looking for a Head of Finance Strategy in Mexico City. This role involves partner collaboration with the CFO and driving process transformation within the finance team. The candidate should have extensive finance experience, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and excellent communication skills in English. The primary objective of the role is to partner with the CFO Mexico & LAM and Head of Finance Strategy Execution and Change, Americas and support them in the smooth and efficient running of the Finance team, including staff engagement, training and communications activities; driving strategy and leading process transformation to enhance and strengthen the Mexico control environment, and supporting the CFO personally in the discharge of their responsibilities, particularly as regards board and governance.
