Role Responsibilities

As our Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for :

  • Managing scheduling to keep our service teams on time and organized.
  • Communicating with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring the service team operates efficiently.
  • Maintaining organized records of service calls, invoices, and payments.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with leadership to reduce stress and streamline day‑to‑day operations.
  • Proactively identifying issues and solving them before they escalated.
  • Delivering a seamless service experience for both customers and the internal team.
