A leading automotive manufacturer in San Luis Potosí seeks an Electrical & Electronic (E/E) Advanced Coordinator to manage E/E systems and calibration activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in the automotive industry and a degree in a relevant engineering field. Formación

• 5+ years of experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in Electrical & Electronic operations.
• Relevant certifications in High Voltage or calibration are highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the daily operation of E/E systems.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute calibration activities.
• Ensure accurate collection and documentation of test data.
• Oversee E/E equipment maintenance tasks.
• Drive team development through mentoring.

Expert knowledge of measurement equipment and calibration methodologies

Lead functional teams

Strong documentation skills

Business English

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
