A leading beverage company in Nava, Mexico, is seeking a knowledgeable Packaging Processes Manager to oversee production plans and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience, including leadership roles, and possesses strong problem-solving skills. This full-time position requires advanced English proficiency and a collaborative spirit to enhance production efficiency while adhering to budgetary constraints and corporate values.

Formación

  • 6 years of experience with specific knowledge, including 3 years in Brewing Process and 3 years in Leadership/Management.
  • Advanced level of English required.

Responsabilidades

  • Ensure timely fulfillment of packaging plans while maintaining safety, quality, and costs.
  • Execute budget optimally to meet production process requirements.
  • Align production processes with best manufacturing practices.
  • Evaluate new technologies and processes for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with directors and VPs for operational efficiency.

Position Summary

Packaging Processes management, coordinate all the resources needed to fulfill the production plans, taking care of safety people, equipment & materials,. Make plans to optimize the process and reduce waste, losses & cost. Make budgets, in order to make financial discipline on the plan executions. Collaborate with other areas in and out of the brewery, to follow the company strategy, living the core values, ethics & compliance.

Responsibilities
  • 1. Ensure the fulfillment on time of the packaging plans, on a daily, weekly, monthly & annual base. Taking care of safety, quality & costs.
  • 2. Determines and ensures that the budget assigned to their department is executed optimally, in a timely manner, as required by the production process, in order to guarantee compliance with and monitoring of the annual plan, ensuring that the costs incurred are within the established objectives.
  • 3. Assure that production processes are aligned with the best manufacturing practices by implementing operational discipline for the areas of Packaging. This ensures the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of the products and services provided.
  • 4. Active participation on the evaluation of new technologies, equipment, processes, work methodologies, new products, and alternative raw materials that maintain production efficiency, analyzing proposals made by the ITDC team, the Vice President of Operations, or service vendors.
  • 5. Collaborate with others directors & VP., to make decisions, take actions & create plans, to ensure the efficiency, taking care of the environment, and the people safety. Aligned to the financial & compliance culture of the company.
  • 6. Participates on management legal compliance regarding water extraction, power generation, management systems (quality, safety, and C-TPAT), nuclear energy, as well as receiving any inspections carried out by government agencies.
  • 7. Actively participate in the company social responsibility and volunteer activities to continue growing in the community where we operate.
  • 8. Collaborate on the company talent review and assessments, in order to develop an accurate succession and development plans, to contribute on the company growth.
