Una agencia de publicidad líder en Ciudad de México busca un Analista de Operaciones de Privacidad de Datos responsable de coordinar y rastrear programas de privacidad. Se requiere entre 2 y 3 años de experiencia y título en áreas relevantes. Las responsabilidades incluyen la implementación de programas de privacidad y la colaboración en proyectos. Se valorará experiencia en medios o agencias creativas y habilidades comunicativas en inglés y español. Ofrecemos un entorno dinámico con oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.

Formación

  • 2-3 años de experiencia en un rol similar.
  • Conocimientos en la industria de datos digitales y rendimiento programático.
  • Fluidez en inglés y español, preferiblemente en portugués.

  • Colaborar con equipos para asegurar la implementación de proyectos de privacidad.

The Data Privacy Operations Analyst will be responsible for the coordination and tracking of the programs and processes related to data privacy practices and report directly to the LATAM Data Privacy Operations Manager. The person will be responsible for spear heading the core activities of Publicis Groupe’s Data Privacy Program and reporting out on key metrics to track program status and progress.

Responsabilidades
  • Serves as one of the data privacy program implementation expert with a focus on Latin America
  • Coordinate with Data Privacy Stewards to gather relevant information for the program
  • Deploy and ensure the completion of record-keeping obligations
  • Support all phases of data inventory activities
  • Assist in all stages of vendor due diligence assessments market-specific vendors and partners
  • Facilitate factual due diligence activities related to Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
  • Development of status and reporting to provide project clarity to team members and leadership to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Privacy program record management in applicable software systems.
  • Ensuring project requirements are properly captured, documented, and maintained within business systems.
  • Collaborating with the Data Privacy Operations team members to ensure alignment, timing, implementation and tracking of data privacy program projects.
  • Leading documentation requirements of existing and applicable privacy program components and activities, in alignment with regulatory and business needs.
  • Contributing to operational process improvements.
  • Identify and anticipate needs and requirements to drive project completion while working autonomously and collaboratively cross-functionally.

Cualificaciones
  • 2-3 years' experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in policy, cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science
  • Some experience or relevant coursework in privacy is strongly preferred
  • Some experience in project management, program management, or compliance preferred
  • Some understanding of process improvement or operations techniques and methods
  • CIPP/US/E/CIPM, CIPT or CDPO/BR, or ability and willingness to obtain within a year
  • Ability to manage projects, tasks, and information in an organized manner
  • Must be a strong communicator with strong written and verbal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships
  • Experience working within a media or creative agency environment preferred
  • Solid knowledge of Excel and other software tools such as MS Planner
  • A growth mindset with a curiosity to continue learning for professional and team development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Understanding of the digital data ad tech industry, analytics programmatic performance, audience and ad verification data background is required
  • Familiarity with OneTrust is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required. Fluency in Portuguese is preferred
