A leading employment services provider in Mexico is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate enjoys talking to people and solving issues proactively. Responsibilities include communicating with customers via multiple channels, providing answers about products, and data entry. The position requires 1-3 years of relevant experience along with excellent communication skills. This is a full-time on-site role.

Formación

  • 1 - 3 years' relevant work experience.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal/written/interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

Responsabilidades

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers about product, pricing, and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Key Skills

  • Advanced English or proficiency in English
  • Proven Customer Support experience or experience as Client Service Representative
  • Empathy, active listening, and ability to engage customers
  • Ability to understand policies and procedures and communicate them professionally
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and resolve customer concerns
