A leading global logistics company is seeking a Compliance & Data Protection expert Sr for the Americas, located in Mexico City. This role involves deploying compliance standards, monitoring programs, and supporting initiatives aligned with environmental, social, and governance goals. Candidates should be fluent in English and Spanish, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment with training and development opportunities.

Formación

• 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, project management, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy standards and guidelines to drive Compliance Management System in the Americas.
• Support CCRs and monitor implementation of Compliance Program.
• Drive KPIs as part of DHL's ESG agenda.

Conocimientos

Fluent oral and written English and Spanish

Ability to train employees in English and Spanish

Initiative, pro-activeness and sense of responsibility

Diligent and detailed work ethics

Relevant experience in compliance, project management, communication, BPO, internal control or legal

Educación

Bachelor degree in Business Management, Compliance, Risk Management, Communication, Law or equivalent

• This role Location : Mexico, Spanish South America(SSA), Central America -excluding Costa Rica.

Role Purpose

• Deploy standards, processes, initiatives and guidelines to drive DGFF's Compliance Management System and Data Protection Program in the Americas.
• Support CCRs and monitor implementation of Compliance Program in the Americas.
• Drive relevant KPIs as part of DHL's ESG agenda.
• Support Regional Compliance Officer with the implementation of Compliance and Data Protection Program in HillebrandGori in the Americas.
• Could act as Country Compliance Representative ("CCR").
• Preferred Location : Mexico, Spanish South America(SSA), Central America -excluding Costa Rica.
