Role Description

Act as the founder's strategic and operational extension- Organize, prioritize, and execute across multiple moving initiatives- Turn ambiguous ideas into clear plans and action steps- Implement and maintain systems for : - Project tracking- Communication- Follow-ups- Documentation- Introduce structure without slowing momentum- Serve as a thought partner — challenge ideas, poke holes, and improve thinking- Manage internal coordination and external stakeholders as needed- Select, implement, or improve tools (CRM, PM tools, internal systems) — tool choice is flexible

Qualifications

7–15+ years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, marketing, or founder‑adjacent roles (Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, Strategy Lead, or similar)- Proven track record of operating as a right‑hand to a founder or executive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments- Demonstrated ability to independently own and execute complex, unstructured initiatives from ideation through completion- Strong operational and organizational expertise with the ability to impose structure without slowing momentum- Experience working with US‑based companies or founders and familiarity with North American business culture- Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment- Strong systems mindset with hands‑on experience implementing and managing tools for project management, documentation, and internal operations- Highly self‑directed, proactive, and comfortable making decisions in the absence of complete information

Pay Band $4,000 - $4,500 monthly.

  • Compensation at the upper end of this range may be achieved through a combination of base salary and performance‑based bonus opportunities.
