Formación

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en gestión de categorías en CPG o industrias farmacéuticas.
• Conocimiento en procesos de gestión de categorías.
• Experiencia en gestión comercial de clientes.

As Category Management Manager within our Category Management team, you'll be working in analysis of categories through data available in information systems and in field to provide advice and execute projects with our vendors in modern channel.

Main responsibilities

• Conduct customer and market analysis
• Execute Porfolio and assortage analysis
• Create strategies in planograms
• Conduct special projects to ensure category management objectives (offers, final consumer education)
• Vendor management

Requisitos

• At least 2 years experience executing roles in category management of the Consumer packaged goods, massive consumption of pharmaceutical industries
• Knowledge and experience of category management processes
• Knowledge in tools and techniques for information and data bases management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Proffiency
• Knowledge handling market research tools (IQVIA, Nielsen)
• Proven track experience in commercial management of customers
• Knowledge in information from pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods market
• Stakeholder management
• Leadership and capability to influence teams
• Category management processes expertise
• Capability to propose and conduct new projects with little supervision
• Adaptation to work in fast paced environments
• Bachelor degree in finance, business administration, marketing or related fields
• Upper intermediate (language proficiency)
