Job Position: Bookkeeper - Latam

Location

Remote (EST Timezone)

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online
• Utilize bank feed integrations and other QBO integrations for efficient book maintenance
• Assist in financial reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records
• Provide support in other financial operations tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience using QuickBooks Online
• Strong understanding of utilizing bank feed integrations and other QBO integrations
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in bookkeeping for brick-and-mortar businesses using POS systems such as Toast, Square, Mindbody, Clover, or Lightspeed
