A luxury hospitality resort in Cabo San Lucas is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of People and Culture. You will lead the People and Culture strategy, focusing on employee relations and compliance in a premier team environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within hospitality and exceptional interpersonal skills. This expansive property includes 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 residences, centrally located in the tourist corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo atop the breathtaking Baja California Sur with amazing views of the sea where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. This role reports to the Director of People and Culture and will be responsible for assisting in leading the People and Culture strategy and execution and overseeing the day‑to‑day running of the People and Culture function. Duties include benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and retention of staff, communication to staff, career development, legal matters, employee counseling, financial management, record audits, employee experience programs, recruitment, selection, onboarding, evaluation of People and Culture initiatives, and support of Corporate People and Culture initiatives.
