Una compañía líder en tecnologías automotrices busca un Coordinador Comercial en San Luis Potosí. El candidato ideal tendrá una licenciatura en áreas afines y de 1 a 3 años de experiencia en análisis de datos. Las responsabilidades incluyen coordinar procesos de venta, generar reportes comerciales y brindar soporte a clientes. Se requiere manejo avanzado de Excel y conocimientos de Power BI y SQL, así como inglés intermedio-avanzado.

Job Responsibilities

Propósito Fundamental

Interpretar datos y procesos para identificar oportunidades de mejora y apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas mediante el análisis de información operativa, financiera y comercial. Sirve como puente entre las áreas técnicas y de negocio.

Actividades del Coordinador Comercial

• Coordinar y dar seguimiento a los procesos de venta en curso.
• Asignar cartera de clientes o zonas geográficas al equipo comercial.
• Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento en el mercado o con clientes actuales.-prev>
• Generar reportes comerciales (ventas, forecast, rotación de clientes, etc.).
• Desarrollar estrategias de fidelización y retención de clientes.
• Coordinar capacitaciones y entrenamientos comerciales para el equipo.
Participar en el desarrollo de campañas de promoción y posicionamiento de marca.
• Brindar soporte y seguimiento a clientes en coordinación con otras áreas (logística, finanzas, postventa, etc.).
• Validar cotizaciones y propuestas comerciales especiales.
• Reportar resultados y planes de acción al gerente comercial o dirección.

Requisitos del Puesto

• Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Economía, Tecnologías de Información o afín.
• Experiencia de 1–3 años en análisis de datos o inteligencia de negocios.
• Manejo avanzado de Excel, Power BI, SQL (deseable).
• Inglés intermedio‑avanzado (según empresa).
