What awaits you?

As the Methods Specialist for the Flux Process, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and optimization of the cell-connecting system (CCS) coating process—from start-up through mass production. Your expertise in chemical surface treatment processes will be a cornerstone to success in the high‑voltage battery (HVB) production.

  • Ensure technical and quality requirements are consistently met during start‑up, ramp‑up, and series production phases.
  • Manage parameter setting and continuous optimization of the CCS‑Coating process.
  • Provide expert technical support to operators, solving complex issues during ramp‑up and series production.
  • Lead projects focused on process parameter optimization and technological improvements on the production line.
  • Take ownership of enabling and securing the production process during integration of product and process changes related to Flux application.
  • Actively participate in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to evaluate risks and manage product or process change integrations.
  • Collaborate with global cross‑plant working groups to develop and standardize technical specifications.
What should you bring along?
  • Minimum Technical Degree (preferred in Chemistry, Printing, or Process Technologies).
  • 3+ years of work experience in the automotive industry.
  • 1+ year of work experience in Paint or similar areas.
  • In‑depth knowledge of printing/painting and vision systems (camera technologies).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with structured problem‑solving.
  • Business fluent English.
  • High initiative, strong communication, excellent teamwork, and ability to work independently.
