Responsibilities:
- Utilize all possible channels to source quality new-to-bank clients with potential to generate business across lending, treasury, capital markets, cash management products.
- Responsible for the entire process of new client acquisition from identifying prospects, delivering customized financial service solutions to completing facility availment.
- Analyze market trends and market size by integrating analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Facilitate client onboarding process by resolving operations and service issues that may arise.
- Work on preparing credit assessments and monitoring risk issues by liaising with clients on any document deficiency or requests for more information.
- Prepare client presentations for senior management.
- Ensure all KYC and AML as well as other compliance norms are strictly adhered to.
- Follow up with clients on offer acceptance and confirm the facility is successfully availed.
- Maintain knowledge of industry and competitive landscape.
- Education:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, commerce, engineering or related disciplines
- 5-8 years relevant commercial banking experience
- Good record of proactively building relationships with product and credit review/approval partners

Responsibilities
- Lead sales activities across an assigned portfolio of accounts.

Job Responsibilities:
- Establish new business relationship and explore potential business opportunities. Meet revenue target and business goals set by company each year.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for exploring new customers and business opportunities to maximize sales prospect and company’s market penetration. Formulate sales pipeline for each existing customer account and respective region.
- Responsible for account management, daily operational and sales activities.
- Promote China Mobile products and solutions to clients by organizing or participating activities like workshops, event, promotion campaigns.
- Negotiate with prospects and accounts to close business; liaise with internal dept to ensure the solution meets customer requirements; establish sales model and support agreement for new customers.
- Provide world-class customer service and after-sales support for each customer account including service performance review, process improvement etc. to maintain and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Compile sales performance report for management review.
- Work closely with HQ and other regions to maximize business performance, sales targets and business goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience within the telecommunications industry in Mexico.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in areas such as SMS, A2P, IP Transit, IEPL, and MPLS VPN, specifically dealing with Telecom Accounts.
- Strong customer-orientated attitude, self-motivated, detailed oriented, well organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communications and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
