Our client, North America's largest wastewater treatment facility, is seeking a Equipment & Data Reliability Professional to join their team. The person will work with various internal and external stakeholders and provide technical support within the spectrum of reliability and maintenance engineering best practices and KPIs.

Location: Detroit, Michigan

Pay Range: $36-60/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 1st Shift

1. Own continuous improvement initiatives and efforts driving the reliability and maintenance engineering (RME) program.
2. Develop processes and procedures ensuring reliable and quality data into CMMS software.
3. Perform historical data analysis to predict equipment failure rates using models such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Weibull, exponential distributions, Failure Rate (FR), and Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) to develop KPIs and Six Sigma-based RME processes.
4. Strive for maximum equipment Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
5. Conduct Preventive Maintenance (PM) optimization, developing optimized scheduling and resource allocation.
6. Develop audit programs to ensure efficient PM/PdM execution with safety and reliability.

1. Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline.
2. Three (3) or more years of experience in a specialty designation area, preferably in continuous or discrete manufacturing or operation settings.
3. Certification in any recognized reliability and maintenance program.
