Quality Control Leader – Project QC Manager
Job summary
A leading engineering consultancy is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee project QC activities. The role requires 5-15 years of experience in quality control, especially in construction and offshore projects. You will coordinate QC teams, supervise inspections, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Offering a full-time position with various benefits in a dynamic work environment in Milano, Italy.

Qualifications
- 5-10 years in Quality Control roles (Coordinator Level).
- 10-15 years with supervisory experience (Manager Level).
- Strong background in construction installation or fabrication QC activities.
- Experience managing QC teams and subcontractor quality activities.
- Oil & gas offshore or engineering construction project experience required.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Quality Manager in defining the Project Quality Control System.
- Supervise and coordinate all project Quality Control activities on site.
- Plan and allocate QC Supervisors and Inspectors across project areas.
- Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors and clients on QC matters.
- Manage non-conformities and ensure proper control of non-conforming products.
