Our client is an innovative European provider of advanced 3D vision and robotic automation solutions, working with leading companies in automotive, machinery, and logistics. To support their strong growth in Southern Europe, we are currently seeking a talented Application Engineer to join their expanding technical team.

As an Application Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the commissioning, optimization, and support of cutting‑edge 3D vision applications integrated with industrial robots and cobots. You’ll act as the technical link between engineering, sales, and end customers, ensuring seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction.

• Commissioning and final acceptance of 3D vision applications at customer sites across Europe
• Testing and adapting hardware / software interfaces (mainly in Python)
• Conducting feasibility studies and documenting technical results
• Delivering product and application training to customers
• Collaborating with internal R&D and sales teams to enhance hardware and software performance
• Providing remote and on‑site technical support to customers

• Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands‑on experience
• Solid understanding of industrial image processing and automation systems
• Experience in commissioning and programming industrial robots or cobots
• Proactive, hands‑on approach to solving complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken); other European languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
