David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with ayoungfinancial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience. Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. We are currently hiring for the position of Junior FX Dealer.

• Location: Remote (work from anywhere in the world)
• Remuneration: Fixed monthly payment

• Monitor and manage real-time trading activities across platforms.
• Implement risk management and hedging strategies.
• Assist in overseeing liquidity streams and optimizing pricing spreads.
• Monitor electronic trading sessions and address connectivity or data issues.
• Maintain accurate trade records and prepare reports.
• Identify irregular trading patterns and escalate issues.
• Support improvements in pricing and execution logic.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system configurations.
• Communicate with external partners on operational matters.

• Native or fluent English (C1 level), with strong communication skills.
• Availability to work during London and US market hours.
• Basic knowledge of financial markets, especially FX instruments.
• Experience with trading platforms like MetaTrader.
• Understanding of execution models and order flow.
• Familiarity with liquidity provider setups.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, with bonus points for Python or SQL knowledge.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Effective communication skills for escalating issues.
• Experience with trade routing and risk management tools.
• Basic understanding of FIX protocol and message logs.
• Familiarity with trading platform administration.
• Comfort with plugin configuration and API interactions.
