The Role

looking for a

Full Stack Developer

to help us build AI agents. If you’re flexible, energetic, and passionate about programming, this might be the right role for you! Full-time contract

with flexible hours Fully remote

with regular multi-day meetups / retreats every couple of months)

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain the customer dashboard with a strong emphasis on UX / UI Optimize front-end performance Integrate with backend services and APIs Solve AI engineering–related problems

Requirements

Core Tech Stack Next.js (App Router & Server Components) Node.js (and Express.js) React TypeScript Tailwind CSS Postgres

Bonus Skills Experience or strong interest in AI / Context Engineering (e.g. OpenAI APIs, building RAG systems, etc.)

Soft Skills Flexible and adaptable mindset in a startup environment Willingness to learn and experiment with new tech Passion for programming Self-discipline for remote work, with openness to monthly in-person meetings

Location Requirement Must be based in or near

Northern Italy

or able to attend periodic in-person meetings)
