What do we look for?

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• Minimum 15 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast-paced environments such as hospitality or food & beverage services
• Proven expertise in managing high-performing venues
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a focus on team development
• Strategic operational approach with financial management skills
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with guests, suppliers, and staff
• A passion for food, beverages, and hospitality, emphasizing quality and precision
• Multitasking and time-management abilities
• Fluency in Italian and English

What will you work on?

• Ensure adherence to Nusr-Et’s service standards, from food presentation to guest interaction
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and excellent guest experiences
• Lead by example on the floor, demonstrating strong presence in service and operations
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability
• Ensure legal compliance and stay informed of relevant regulations
• Recruit, train, and manage performance to build a skilled team
• Develop the team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
• Collaborate with marketing to increase footfall, revenue, and brand awareness
• Monitor guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards
• Implement quality control, hygiene, and safety standards
• Manage stock, suppliers, and inventory efficiently
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely contracts and deals
• Act as a liaison between the restaurant and senior management
