1. Support the preparation of periodic productivity reports for top management and relevant business areas.
2. Monitor cost-base evolution and analyze its impact across Lines of Business (LoBs) and related financial KPIs.
3. Participate in defining IFRS 9 / 17 KPIs, focusing on the impact of cost allocation within the new accounting framework.
4. Conduct quantitative analyses and prepare reports to support the Head of Planning and Controlling, CFO, and central business functions.
5. Design and implement functional cost reports to support productivity benchmarking against local peers and other Group entities.

• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Management Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in the finance sector, preferably with planning and control or consulting experience. Focus on insurance business and IFRS 9 / 17 principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP modules, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong quantitative skills and mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and within a team.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple issues and projects simultaneously.
