We are looking for an experienced Sales Director, responsible for driving new sales and revenue growth for the indaHash Self-Serve solution.

This position is pivotal in shaping and executing effective sales strategies to target global markets. The role involves a mix of dynamic sales activities, including : Outbound Sales Activities : Engaging in proactive outreach to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other direct communication methods.

The focus is on generating new leads and expanding the company's client base.

Marketing Automation : Utilizing advanced marketing automation tools to streamline and optimise the sales process.

This involves setting up and managing campaigns that nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel.

CRM Management : Overseeing using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track interactions with potential and existing clients.

This includes maintaining accurate records and using CRM data to make informed sales decisions.

Sales Empowerment : Empowering the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.

Lead Generation : Developing and implementing strategies to identify and attract potential clients.

This involves understanding market trends, identifying target audiences, and creating compelling value propositions.

Competencies required : Outbound Marketing Automation Expertise Lead Generation Mastery Strategic Sales Planning Data Analysis and Reporting CRM Proficiency Team Leadership and Management Communication and Negotiation Skills Adaptability and Innovation Customer-centric Mindset Industry Knowledge (SaaS and influencer marketing) Qualifications : Professional Experience : Minimum three years in sales leadership in SaaS Technical Skills : Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and lead generation strategies.

Experience : Sales Experience in SaaS : Significant experience in SaaS or related technology sales.

Leadership Experience : Proven track record of leading and developing successful sales teams.

Global Market Exposure : Experience in international sales and adapting strategies to different markets.

Client Management : Strong history of building and maintaining client relationships.

Strategic Sales Initiatives : Experience designing and implementing effective sales strategies.
