In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing Workday PSA solutions that are crucial for the financial and operational excellence of the organization. Your expertise will help streamline project and contract setups, oversee customer accounts, and enhance billing and invoicing processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that the Workday PSA configurations meet the evolving challenges within the environment. This is an opportunity to lead improvements and innovations in operational efficiency while making significant contributions to the company's growth.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the day-to-day management of Workday PSA solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and configure Workday PSA accordingly.
  • Align with Workday Financial and HCM architects to plan and deliver aligned roadmaps.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize Workday PSA processes for better efficiency.
  • Oversee system regression testing for Workday PSA product releases.
  • Manage Workday PSA related projects, including planning and reporting.
  • Support training and change management activities for effective usage of Workday PSA.
  • Ensure seamless integration of data with other enterprise applications.
  • Maintain data integrity within the Workday PSA module.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday PSA.
  • Stay updated on Workday PSA features and industry trends.
  • Ensure adherence to Workday PSA best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Workday Pro Financials Certification.
