Position Summary
VinovaGroup SRL is seeking a Wedding EventPlanner to join its growing team.
The selected candidates will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of destination weddings for international clients, collaborating closely with external suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of complex, high-profile events.
This role requires a strong understanding that wedding planning is primarily centered on logistics, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management, alongside aesthetic sensibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage weddings and related events from initial briefing through on-site execution
- Act as a primary point of contact for international clients, vendors, and venues
- Develop and manage timelines, schedules, budgets, and production plans
- Coordinate suppliers including venues, catering, rentals, florals, entertainment, and technical teams
- Anticipate, prevent, and resolve operational issues before and during events
- Support on-site event setup, coordination, and breakdown
- Ensure all event elements align with client expectations, contracts, and logistical constraints
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality across all projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in wedding planning for international clients
- A Junior role can be considered for candidates with less experience.
General Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Working knowledge of Italian to communicate effectively with suppliers
- Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills
- Ability to manage projects with autonomy, accountability, and attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle unforeseen situations calmly
- Solid aesthetic and design sensibility relevant to weddings and events
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team-oriented mindset; collaboration is a fundamental requirement
Employment conditions
- Employment type: Full-time
- Hybrid working model: up to 2 days per week of smart working, subject to operational needs
- Contract type: Apprenticeship contract (Apprendistato)
- Contractual framework: CCNLCommercio, in accordance with applicable regulations

- Eligibility for performance-related bonus (Premio di Produzione) based on predefined objectives
- Availability for approximately 8 business trips per year, with possible weekend work (3–8 weekends annually), depending on event schedules
