This position manages the logistics of all internal and external meetings, conferences, festivals, concerts, promotional days, receptions, etc. This role serves as the point person for all other departments and works closely with each department to ensure that activities run smoothly and successfully under Garden guidelines and procedures. This position must maintain a good working relationship with all departments and be able to communicate with community partners as well as donors. This role will be instrumental in working with the Director of Business Development to grow and streamline this department to best serve Naples Botanical Garden and its visitors.
