A leading automotive services provider seeks a Used Cars Backoffice Expert in Milan to handle logistical tasks related to used cars. You will support clients in areas such as deregistration, ownership changes, payment issues, and document handling. The ideal candidate should have a good level of English, excellent Excel and Outlook skills, and 2 years of customer support experience. This full-time position offers a collaborative work environment focused on customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a Used Cars Backoffice Expert who will be involved in all backoffice activities related to used cars, providing prompt support to different clients in the following areas:

• Used car logistics
• Request of deregistration and change of ownership
• Solicit payment and support client with invoice issues
• Request and ship COC documents

• Good level of English (at least B1)
• Precise, patient and structured, eager to learn new skills and improve processes
• 2 years of experience in a role that demands customer support within a matrix organization
• Excellent competencies with Excel and Outlook
