A leading technology company in life sciences seeks an entry-level candidate to support customer training and troubleshoot issues for their automated liquid handling workstation. You will develop relationships with customers and support sales efforts through presentations. A Bachelor's degree in Genetics or Molecular Biology is required, along with problem-solving skills and willingness to travel mainly within the appointed region. Excellent English communication skills are a must.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree (or above) in Genetics, Molecular Biology or related subject required.
• Prior field experience supporting customers in a highly technical field preferred.
• Outstanding problem solving and interpersonal skills needed.
