Main Duties

  • Contribute to the design and development of urban and interurban road projects, from concept to detailed design stages.

  • Prepare and review technical drawings, geometric layouts, and cross sections using design software.
  • Coordinate with other engineers, planners, and architects to ensure design consistency and quality.

The Design HSE engineer participate in all activities of the Design HSE engineering discipline in the scope of work for offers/projects/studies under the supervision of Design HSE Manager or Leader.

  • Review mechanical designs to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or deviations from project specifications and design intent.
  • Validate equipment selections, duct and pipe sizing, and system layouts, making recommendations to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely completion of technical assessments and resolution of all mechanical engineering issues throughout the project lifecycle.

The position

The Mechanical Completion Engineer reports to the Mechanical Completion Leader, within a project participates to the set‑up of mechanical completion data base, as a Team member develops training program, provides feedback on issues related to Mechanical Completion, collects Lessons Learnt for the capitalization of the knowledge deriving from project experience.

Mechanical Completion Engineer ensures the execution of all aspects related to Mechanical Completion, both in Home Office and at Site.
