Job Description Summary

The Tender & Quotation Specialist is responsible for the accurate and compliant management of tenders and requests for quotations as well as for the optimization and simplification of tender processes. This role operates within the sales / commercial framework and supports activities that help the sales organization achieve its business objectives. Work is typically subject to close oversight either through human supervision or system-based checks. The role may also involve supporting targeted clients stable regions and / or small sales territories.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire tender process from identifying calls for bids to the signing of contracts.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare tender documentation ensuring thorough risk analysis in compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the availability of administrative and legal documentation necessary for the proper execution of business activities.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent use of all CRM tools and applications in line with company policies.
  • Maintain and update the online provider register.
  • Prepare offers using the designated tools.
  • Support the consolidation of technical and financial information for tenders and quotations.
  • Develop technical expertise particularly in the administrative and legal aspects of tenders to proactively support the business during tender preparation.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Degree (preferred) or equivalent knowledge or work experience
  • Proficiency in Word Excel and Outlook
  • Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communications skills flexible attitude
  • Self-Starter proactive able to work independently with minimal direction problem solver
  • Rigor method and time management attitude
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and teamwork-oriented

  • Project Management (preferred)
