Il candidato dovrà gestire tutte le attività HR in Italia, cooperando con vari team di leadership e enti esterni. Sarà richiesta una solida esperienza nella gestione delle risorse umane, conoscenza approfondita delle leggi lavorative italiane e capacità di gestire relazioni industriali. Si offre un'opportunità di guidare processi HR in un ambiente strutturato e dinamico.

We are looking for a Temporary HR Manager with a strong background in the role and in complex, structured environments. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR activities across the Italian operations, ensuring alignment with Group HR strategies, local labor laws, and business objectives.

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR activities across the Italian operations, ensuring alignment with Group HR strategies, local labor laws, and business objectives. The role covers multiple legal entities and sites and acts as a key partner for leadership and external stakeholders.

Full HR management for the Italian Cost Centers, covering:

  • 7 legal entities
  • 6 sites across Northern and Southern Italy
  • Approximately 180 FTEs
  • Budgeting and workforce planning, including staffing levels and compensation costs
  • End‑to‑end management of recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Management of industrial relations and relationships with trade unions
  • Monitoring existing HR practices and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Definition and implementation of common HR policies across all Italian sites and legal entities, in line with Group guidelines
  • Centralization and maintenance of the HR database
  • Planning and execution of internal communication initiatives

Management of relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including:

  • Leadership Teams
  • Health & Safety representatives
  • Confindustria
  • Trade Unions
  • Labour Inspectorate
  • Social Security authorities

Management of the payroll process, coordinating with external payroll consultants; handling disciplinary procedures and labor disputes, in collaboration with external legal advisors; preparation and delivery of weekly and monthly HR KPI reports for Italian sites.

Requisiti:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an HR Manager or similar senior HR role within structured and multi‑site organizations
  • Strong knowledge of Italian labor law, industrial relations, and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience managing multiple legal entities and complex organizational structures
  • Solid background in workforce planning, budgeting, and compensation management
  • Hands‑on experience with payroll processes and coordination of external providers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage disciplinary procedures and labor litigation
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR KPI reporting
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
