Technical Services Manager at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services

Join us as a Technical Services Manager (TSM) to advise and support customers on their journey to becoming intelligent and sustainable enterprises by accelerating cloud transformation. You will act as a technical advisor, assess business requirements, design solutions from SAP Enterprise Cloud Services portfolio, ensure smooth transitions, and serve as escalation point for technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor helping customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey with tailored‑to‑fit cloud solutions.
• Assess customers’ SAP landscape business requirements and navigate and mitigate cloud adoption challenges in collaboration with business network partners.
• Understand business transformation goals, suggest solutions and services, and position SAP Enterprise Cloud Services portfolio offerings.
• Ensure smooth transitions by identifying issues and designing optimal configurations to maximize performance and availability.
• Act as escalation point for technical issues and drive resolution.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Expertise in SAP technologies and products with comprehensive knowledge of SAP Basis or S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools or SAP HANA.
• Solid know‑how of hyper‑scalers.
• Understanding of SAP High Availability or Disaster Recovery architecture, network and virtual technologies (load‑balancer, virtual machine).
• Deep experience in technical planning, implementation, configuration and integration of SAP solutions.
• Extensive consulting experience in technology consulting with a strong focus on customer interaction and satisfaction.
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is an advantage.

Location

The position can be located either in Roma or Milan (Vimercate).
