A leading company in the semiconductor sector is seeking a Business Development professional. This role involves driving product roadmaps and maximizing sales within the automotive and industrial markets. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical knowledge to create effective marketing strategies, engage with customers, and support training initiatives. In this position, you will collaborate closely with various teams and contribute to innovative solutions that meet client needs.

Competenze

  • Knowledge of battery management ICs considered a plus.

Descrizione del lavoro

She/he drives business development activities by defining new products and roadmaps, promoting and supporting the design-in process at customers to maximize sales and market share within the assigned perimeter. Knowledge of the industrial market, with a focus on Battery Management ICs, is considered a plus.

She/he will closely cooperate with the ST Regional organizations [Marketing/Sales] as well as other Divisional organizations as needed.

Traveling to visit customers and supporting activities abroad are required.

She/he will leverage her/his market knowledge and technical skills to identify new opportunities in collaboration with divisional/regional teams, proposing appropriate technical solutions to meet customer needs.

She/he facilitates technical presentations and training on the entire product portfolio for customers and regional marketing/sales teams. She/he contributes to assessing ST's product positioning, identifying key focus areas, and providing technical support as necessary.

She/he cooperates with the Business Management team to develop 3-5 year plans.

She/he contributes to defining effective marketing strategies, including new product introduction, customer focus, product roadmaps, collateral development, competition analysis, and new IP requirements.
