Job Title: Supply Planner
Department: Supply Planning – P&D CoE Europe

As our new Supply Planner, you’ll be responsible for optimizing production and capacity planning at the category level for the mid- and long-term horizon. You’ll act as the single point of contact for a plant, managing exceptions related to plant restrictions, and supporting the preparation of the Regional Supply & Operations Planning meeting. (S&OP).

Your core responsibilities at a glance:

• Perform and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for finished goods within assigned categories.
• Create and maintain the Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP), identifying bottlenecks and risks while adjusting production plans.
• Develop weekly S&OE Demand Fulfilment reports, process plan revisions, and participate in weekly S&OE meetings.
• Support and facilitate Supply Review Meetings (S&OP), optimizing end-to-end allocation and assessing capacity or investment needs.
• Implement S&OP decisions and ensure effective communication with local manufacturing teams for execution.
• Track and report key performance metrics including Planning Adherence, CFR, and CFROT.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in MPS and RCCP processes
• Proficiency in English & Spanish
• Strong experience with planning tools (Arkieva knowledge is a plus)
• Advanced SAP skills
• Experience with O9 Planning Tool
• Background in Shared Service Center, process-driven, or Center of Excellence environments
• Basic Power BI knowledge
• Experience implementing capacity planning or scheduling tools
• MPS & RCCP, DRP & Inventory Planning, Material Planning, and S&OP/IBP principles
