About the Role

As a Supply Chain Warehouse Specialist (Maternity Leave Replacement) based in Covo (BG), you will play a key operational role within Ferrero’s logistics and distribution network, which serves the Central and Northern Italy area through multiple distribution centers. Reporting to the Network Logistic Services Nord Italia, you will focus on supervising warehouse operations: you will act as a central link between the internal teams, third‑party logistics operators and copackers, ensuring data‑driven planning, daily performance monitoring and efficient coordination of transport and warehousing activities. This is a hands‑on role in a highly dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse performance and ensure smooth execution of daily operations managed by third‑party logistics providers. • Start from data analysis to prepare forecasts and share projections with external operators, supporting planning and execution of transport activities. • Consolidate results, analyze flows, and monitor contract KPIs to ensure alignment with operational and service standards. • Prepare and manage data through Excel‑based tools, contributing to shift organization, flow monitoring, and reporting. • Support the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Leader. • Take part in continuous improvement of warehouse and transport performance by identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and proposing corrective actions. • Ensure clear communication, maintain operational accuracy, and help guarantee Ferrero’s logistics network operates efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards. • Regularly interact with multiple internal departments – including Supply Chain, Production, and Quality – as well as external partners.

About You

You bring curiosity, precision, and a proactive mindset, along with a Master’s degree in Engineering (Management, Electronics, or Mechanical). You have analytical capabilities, a problem‑solving attitude, and the ability to organize and interpret data to guide operational decisions. You are fluent in English (mandatory) and comfortable working in Excel, using data to build reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. You display flexibility, speed, and the ability to thrive in a complex, fast‑moving environment where accuracy and coordination are key. You build strong relationships with internal colleagues and external logistics partners. Availability for international mobility is required.
